What is the exact date INS is going to implement visitor visa limit to 30days?

Hi Guys,

I am planning to bring my parents in June 2002. They already have 10 yrs multiple entry visa.

Does anybody know about exact date when INS is going to implement the visitor visa law restriction for only 30 days?

Does anybody know any case that INS has only granted 30 days visa for visitors?
