What is the effect of Company withdrawing H1 after 485 filed & EAD issued?
Co insists to work on EAD.
 
Should be alright

I really dont understand wny the company wants to cancel and approved H1 if you are still employed with them.

You still should be in good shape since your status will be \'adjustee\'.

Better..talk to a lawyer too...

In my case my HIB visa got expired on 30th sep 2001,My company not wiling to apply for 2nd term of H1B.But I submitted my I485 on 07/25/01, ND 09/17/01 and I got my EAD from local INS office on 09/19/01.Now working on EAD.
 
There is no negative effect

It does not do any harm to you if company cancels ur H1,If they did not canceled it, u can travel overseas without a need for Advance Parole, Now with H1 canceled u will need it.
Further your company can utilize your H1 approval for some other person as its employer specific.
