What is the best way to contact USCIS?

Hello ladies and gentlemen! hope you're doing good.

I sent I-765 Form with i-589 receipt notice in 06/01/2016 and so far I have not received any thing from them.

What do you think guys?
Should I worry about this? if yes what is the best way to contact them?

It should take about 1 month to receive EAD for first-time.
It takes between 3-4+ months to receive EAD renewals.

If you are outside of these processing timeframe, you can call the Customer Service at 1 (800) 375-5283 and submit a service request telling them that your case is outside the processing timeframe.
That's the best way for EAD. But you can also contact the office of your local Congressman to ask them for help.
