What is RFE and 2FP etc..

Request for evidence- supporting the immigrant claim or support documents
2nd finger printing since FP is valid only for a year.
 
Hmmmm ....

I thought FP is valid for 1 and Half Years.....

So...EAD, AP, FP need to be renewed every year ????
That's big waste of time for USCIS for each and every pending case..its absurd.... no doubt the backlog is growing at this tremendous pace.......
