What is needed to show petitioners ability to pay

RFE says- copies of annual report, federal tax returns, audited financial statements.

My lawyer is too slow to respond and hasnt answered my question so I am posting it for the gurus here- What is the most commonly used document to support the above. My RFE asks for this along with the regular W2, paystubs etc.

I tried getting anual reports from edgar online, but they are too bulky.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If it a public company, publicly available financial result along with a letter from the finance guy of the company is more than sufficient.

if it a small, private company, send CPA certified copies of tax returns (or tax transcripts from IRS) along with a letter... The issue here is that many such companies are generally unwilling to provide such financial data. If that happens, ask your lawyer to talk to the company (I read somewhere, one lawyer suggested the company to send him sealed envelope containing tax returns and the lawyer promised that he would not open them...).
