Fill up the form I-765, USCIS fees $120, 2 photographs, copy of existing EAD (front and back) Top portion mailer that you get with earlier EAD, and copy of I-485 receipt. If your service center is NSC or VSC then also send Color copy of your driving license and color copy of your first passport page that has your name, photograph, Passport3 and date of issue and DOB. Mail the package to correct service center on correct address and out side the envelope write in big bold letters: Form I-765 for EAD renewal
