I couldn't find any labor certificate, although I vaguely remember seeing it a few days ago. I think the 140 was revoked because of the 3 earlier stated reason, not by employer. I am not sure he had an employer, he was the president of the company, however, he had his friends in the U.S. that helped him with the company, they might have been his employer.
I was under the impression that I 245 had a deadline, is it a possible that I qualify for its protection? Giving the fact the issue was so long ago and my dad is no longer in the U.S.
So it is my understanding that my prior overstay will not affect my chance for future immigration or non immigration entry once the 10 year has passed. And I need to check if I have a order of removal, and request my family's files while I am at it, correct?
