What is my Current Immigration Status (EAD form)?

My H1-B got expired last year (2002) and since then I had been on EAD/AP as my AoS is pending with TSC. Now, what should I fill in the column for EAD Renewal where it is asked thusly: CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS (Visitor, Student, etc.)?

Should I put, Worker (H1-B) or Worker (AoS) or something different?

Kindly help. Thanks.

If you are working on EAD you have to say AOS (/I - 485 Pending)...

If you have H1B and working on H1 Visa (never used EAD) then you can say H1B.

When I submitted my EAD, my lawyer advised to put
"Pending Immigrant" for - Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.) - Thanks
