What is my chance at NIW?

PhD in molecular biology in US university (on bioterrorism agents)

Postdoc for 5 years in national lab (NIH)

1st authored papers : 11

Total papers: 30

Citations for 1st authored papers: 47

Citations for all papers: 140

National and International awards: 2

Invited Reviewer: 1

Society: 1 (need achievement)

Recomm: 3 from people not working with me (but know me),
3 from other people
5 of them in the US. 1 in FDA, 3 in NIH


I plan to apply for both NIW and Eb1(b). What I am wondering is what are my chances for the cases in VSC. Thanks!

Any percentage chance that anyone gives would be extremely subjective. However, I think your chances are pretty good based on an quick review.
 
I would go for EA. For NIW the stars often have to be aligned in the right way. In EA you have clear criteria but in NIW they are much less definied
