I have approved 140 in Eb2 pd 02/2006.India
I filled 140 with labor substitute this month Eb3 03/2003.
what is my best option for 485? 485 with approved 140 or use pd for eb3
in future?
----------------File the I-485,EAD AP on the base of I-140 approved in EB2 and later if second I-140 gets approved that has PD of 2003 then post and will let you know what to do to recapture early PD
thanks Ginnu, but can u explain in detail what I have to do right now .I have to attached received notice (eb3 I-140) with my 485 application ?plz can u explained in detail steps.
