What is meant by duplicate notice on I-140? Please HELP!!!!

I've checked the online case status for I-140 today and noticed it's been changed but I couldn't understand what this new message means. Can someone please interpret for me?

"A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on September XX, 2004. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
 
i do not know exactly what it meant. is it because they mailed you another notice earlier or they've mailed to both your lawyers and you?

i'd suggest you to call the 1800 numner to ask.
