exactly 2 months for me here in california. altho i must say, it took uscis a very long ime to schedule a biometrics appointment for me.
ok, thanks guys. The fee is $305 AND ADDITIONAL $80 for biometric.
I read that there is no fee waiver for the application but there is for biometric, so I will send my low 2008 income tax return document copy and ask for fee waiver on the biometric.
I have an arrest record, will that affect my travel back to US at POE?
Did any one of you have arrest record but nothing happened at POE?
This did not affect me when I applied for GC as it was a simple arrest and no conviction of any kind and it is a case dismissed by judge at initial court appearance without paying any penalty or fine or service.

I just applied for rtd. I am in CA. My notice date is September 25, 2009. I will update everyone when I get biometrics..
Last year I applied for refugee travel document and I also got my green card last year and it took about 2 months to get rtd..
