What is going on at TSC????????????

Guys,

I really don\'t understand how TSC works. I see most EB1 and EB2 approval and EB3 for others, I have applied mt I-485 on 26th feb 2000. I am yet to hear any thing. How many of you are in same boat?

call TSC...

I guess the only recommendation is that call TSC to find out what happen to your case. Sometimes with minor descripency about your document will stop the process some how.

I think there are lot of pending Eb-3 cases for India and China from late 1999.
 
Ganti, Does EB category matter in terms of process time in TSC...

new here, EB3 slower than EB1 and EB2 in TSC?
 
ead applied 7 months from now

i applied for EAD about 7 months from now, still no news, wonder when I will get it, or whether I will get fingerprinting or GC by the time the EAD comes through

What I figured out is some states are given priority. Like Fl for more immigrants are from there. Texas, Oklahoma check on illegal immigrants.
 
I do not think so.

My case is EB1 based, but I could not see any difference.

Shouldn\'t matter

For 485 stage EB category shouldn\'t matter. Since EB-3 priority dates for india and china where not current until recently there will be some catching up to do for TSC.
