my brother got the letter from kcc for dv-2006.he won the lottery. he is single..

1.what do u people mean by cut off date?

2.What is the standard time frame for despatching the DSP-122 and DS-230 form to KCC after receiving the 1st letter from KCC?

3.what if i dont have any one in USA who will provide me sponsor?

4.How much $$$ should one need in his bank account for support?

5.what is Affidavid of support and who needs it?
