What is correct Visa for work in BioTech field

Currently My wife is in H4 visa.If she wants to move J visa,what is the procedure.She worked in India BioTechnology firm.If she wants to job in BioTech wich visa is appropriate.Somebody said J visa is related to Biotech.Is it right?Any suggestions or help highly appreciated.
