What is considered as concurrent filing of I-140/I-485?

My I-140 is filed on February this year, and my I-485 is filed one month later after receiving the receipt of I-140. Does this considered as concurrent filing?

If it is concurrent filing, will this benefit from the April-30 CIS memo that concurrent filing will be adjudicated simutaneously since my I-140/I-485 is filed before April-30th?
