What is an admissible medical condition for parent's GC

Need to know what constitutes inadmissible on medical conditions. Parent only walks with the help of a walker. Is that considered to be a negative?
 
Four basic medical conditions may make an applicant inadmissible on health-related grounds:

  • Communicable disease of public health significance,
  • Failure to show proof of required vaccinations,
  • Physical or mental disorder with associated harmful behavior, and
