What is Alien Registration Number

Hi,
I am applying EAD .In EAD form, the item 10# has alien Registration Number(A-number) or I-94 Number(if any)
.For this what should i fill . My 485 is pending and one more thing ,Is Signature card is necessary.Please post your answers.

Signature card is not essential. However you can get one by visiting the local INS. If you do not send the signature card they will send a EAD with fingerprint not available comment. that is all.
It is called Alien Number and as venudevi said it will be in your 485 receipt.
