what is AC 21. How it can be used , I want to know more about AC 21 . Please help me to understand the concept of AC21.

In Short

AC-21 is a rule under which an applicant who has completed 180 days of I-485 filing , can change employer with similar job title, duties and Salary as specified in the underlying labor certification.
