what is AC 21?

Dear friends

I am new to this topic. MY self petitioned EB2 NIW is in pending with NSC. I-485 filed in Aug 2007. My J1 expires in April, I don't want to take risk of using EAD before 140 aproval, my present employer may not sponsor H1, So I want to go to the university where i can get H1 sponsorship until my 140 is in pending. Please comment........any way what is AC 21? since i filed under NIW, where no employer is required, I hope I dont have to worry about chnaging employer. Any experianced please........

I think your J-1 status got invalidated as soon as you filed the I-485.

The mere act of filing an I-485 does not invalidate F or J status.

Thanks for your input guys, I could't open first link, second link does't answer my wuestion. Do I have to worry in changing job? Do I have to file any paper work with USCIS if I change my job? Please solve this puzzle for me.....
