In my I 140, it was mentioned that I will come to Delhi for CP.

What is AC 140, normal case and 824?

Your case is nornal CP. If you select AOS in your I-140 application and later if you decide to change it to CP, then you ask your attorney to certify it (this is called Attorney Certified I-140).
