What is A # in Part 1 of form I-131

Dear AP expert,

I am applying AP for an expected visit to India.

What is A# in part 1 of AP form (I-131).


Also check has to issued to INS TSC, am I right ?

I got it.

It is given in I-485 receipt.

I don't know about check to be issued. I hope it is in favor of INS TSC.

KP, here is the answer. Also message for Ken.

A# is on both the I140 approval and I485 receipt forms. If they are different, use the one on the I-485 receipt form.

The check (personal check is OK) should be issued to INS TSC. You can apply AP yourself, very simple.

Ken, we had a very good time in Disney during Xmas. One bad thing happened to us just a few days ago. My spouse lost job due to the downsize of the company. But we feel lucky that we have already got GC on hand. After so many years of hard life, it is not so bad to have a rest for some time.
