What is 50-60days means IRT CSC

I have filed my EB2-NIW with CSC in October. ND was 10/1/01. The first automail response was
300-330 days. Then it was later changed to 50-60 days on Jan 3,2001. But I haven\'t got any
reponse from them todate and the message remains the same. Anybody have any hints for
waht is going on with CSC. Thanks

I also seen some articles stating that the SCs not lately approving the I-140 recently (till third week of March) because of IIOs are working on other type of petitions. If this is true of CSC, are they started back on I-140s and what is the late news on that. Thanks for your replies.
