What is 245(k) and 245(i) ....

Hello all,

I am just wondering what is 245(K) and 245(i) as I was told in a forum that it could be used, if small gap such as 45 day's in your employment. Thanks for your reply

search through google you will find lot of reading for 245(k) if one is out of status less than 180 days one can file I-485 under 245(k)
if LC was filed before 31 april 2001 and one was illegal/out of status then the person can file I-485 under 245(i) with $1000 extra fees. find the info on lawyer sites
