Rd:nov 29 2004 For 485/140/ead
Fp Done Apr 9 2005
Lud 485 Results Of Fp Recd Bla Blah... On Apr 18th 2005

May 4th 140 Approved Under Eb2 Category As I Hava Advanced Masters Degree In Physical Therapy

June 14th I-485 Lud Change Same Message... Results Of Fp Recd Bla Blah... Processing Resumed On Your Case

Now Vsc Is Processing Dec 16 2004 Cases, Mine Is Nov 29 2004, Called Vsc And They Replied My Name Check Is Cleared, So Why The Hell Vsc Is Still Having My Case Pending, What The Hell Is Happening There. Can Someone Throw Some Info On It, Do I Have To Ask My Attorney To Call Vsc, Any Info Is Appreciated
 
For sure those guys are sleeping MFs....my frd's PD is 10 March 1999...They approved on FRIDAY....

but it was a very long story...His 140 took 2 freakin years...then he contacted senator twice...they helped him to get this approval so quick....
