What immigration status I should fill in when working with c8 ead

Some form asked for immigration status, what should I fill in? I know, if I am a student, I can fill in F1, or I am in H1B, I can fill in H1B; if I passed the asylum interview and my case approved, what can I write? Or if I am working with c8 ead and interview is still pending, what should I write?
