What if you get an RFE while you are looking for a job on EAD?

What if you get laid off after 180 days and you are forced to look for a job. Given the current market conditions it may take several months before you get another job, then how do you respond to a RFE regarding your recent paystubs.

Secondly, are we required to informed the INS that we have been laid off and searching another job?

Gurus, pls. reply.
 
in the same boat..

I also got laid off.. and trying to look for a new JOB on EAD..
i think if we get RFE .. we have to find a lawyer ourselves.. as our previous lawyer will not respond to any queries..

and about the paystubs.. you got to have a JOB even using EAD does not matter..

rfe has usually 12 weeks to reply

The rfer request usually has 12 weeks that is about 3 months to reply and in the meantime u need to find both a job and a new lawyer.
