What if I change the employer after I got EAD, fp and 180 days? need help??

By this Dec., I will be 180 days. Now I have the EAD and the fp. What if my company don\'t have anything for me, then if I change my job in Dec., What kind of impact do I get? According to the new law, I can change my job without affecting anyhting. Anybody suggestion? Really need help.
