What I got from TSC

This morning I sent an E-mail to TSC regarding my I-485 after nine without biometrics notice. And I got this from TSC asylum duty officer :

I have requested your USCIS file to review your I-485 application.Once I receive your file, I will adjudicate it accordingly. If at the time of adjudication the biometrics have still not been taken, they will be scheduled and you will be notified by mail of the date and location.

Correct me if I am wrong, but when you get LUD this means that someone went into your record and reviewed it. It does not necessarily mean that the officer made any changes but it means that at the least they have accessed your record.

You were rigth they were working on it. Today I received an E-mail from CIS inform me that my case has been approved ,and March 24 an approval notice had been sent .

Congratulations Barezi. I just emailed them at nsclawsuit.asylum@dhs.gov myself. It's been over 6 months since I did my biometrics for I-730, and I haven't heard from them ever since I gave the biometrics. Also, my name shouldn't be an issue because both my first and last name are extremely rare in my own country.

That's what i got from NSC Lawsuit Asylum office:
Your case is in the last stage before being assigned to an officer for adjudication. It should be adjudicated shortly. Thank you.

I e-mailed TSC on 03/11 and I got a reply from an IO that he request my file for review.
LUD 03/17 , 03/21, and 03/24 approval notice has been sent.
