When you are currently in Michigan with approved 140 and 485 RD:11/25/02 and intend to take up a new job in California using AC21.

Does the file gets automatically transferred to CSC from NSC?

Will there be any consequence if I send the AC21 letter after 2 months of taking up my new job (current employer may try to withdraw the petition)?

------- It depends on NSC they may or they may not transfer the file

----- No problem, your I-140 is approved AND I-485 filed more than 180 days, past employer cannot revoke/withdraw the approved I-140. I will send the intent change and employer letter ASAP if you send late no big problem.

***dont forget to change your address if you move from MI to CA
