What happens to the GC Process if the company files bankruptcy ?

What happens to the GC of the bankruptcy filed company ?

How long does the GC holder have to stay with the sponsoring employer after recieving the GC. Does this stay affect the citizenship process ?

In light of AC21, it doesn\'t matter much. If you have file I485 and haven\'t been approved. It\'s better if you find a new employer and port your application to this new employer once 6 months has passed. If you have received your green card, you can just look for another job. But keep in mind that in both cases, it is best to find a new job that is in the same or similiar category as your old job.
