What happens to new 485 filing with 140 approved ?

Hi all:

I'm inundated with the recent flurry of posts w.r.t the new regulation that will speed up concurrent 140 and 485.

My question is this : Is there any mention of what happens to a new 485 that will be filed ( say after 04/30 ) with the 140 already approved ?

Would that be done as fast or would it continue to take 2+ years like today ?

Any inputs ?

My understanding that they will pick all I 485 once they complete security checks , Fingerprint check and Name check .
