What Happens to my case??

Hi Gurus,

I have filed I-485 on Jan 18, 2007 at NSC. Its current procesing times are April 14, 2007. My security checks were cleared. My PD is Aug 10, 2000.

Before Jan visa bulletin came,
 
my god, so there are people with 2000 PD. I thought these guys are fabricating those bulletin dates
 
You should expect your GC before end of this month... If not then wait for few months...

Is it substituted labor???
 
contact your congressman they should be able to do something before this month end. When you contact them send a privacy form also duly signed that will save couple of days.

It is not substitute labor.

This was my first labor and I changed employer. But the second employer did not process my GC. So I have gone back to my 1st employer. That is why my PD WAS 2000 AUG.

Would they NOT look at visa availability before processing my case? How soon Jan 08 visa come into vougue?? immediately?
 
Since it is Jan bulletin, it comes in to force only in January ! You should have know this 101 of EB GC by now !
