What happens to H4 ..if H1 changes jobs

My wife got her H4 visa stamped under my last employer and she came to the states on June 2nd. one week later I changed jobs and my new company has filed for my H1 transfer. Is there any thing my wife needs to inform to INS. Any change or document????

----------- NO, but remember that you need to file her H4 extension with Form I-539 before her I-94 gets expired. you could have filed her H4 extension(if she was in US when you filed H1 trasfer) with your H1 trasfer so that she also gets her I-94 validity extended till your H1 approval validity and till your I-94 that you will get with H1 approval notice. Many do that because your and her I-94 will expire same day so you dont forget to extend spouse H4 status
