What happens if L1 visa holder marries and H1 holder?

Hi All
My fiancee has an L1 visa and I have an H1 visa. I wanted to know if my fiancee can continue to retain her L1 visa and continue to work in the US after we get married even though I have an H1 visa. Is this possible or would my fiancee have to get an H4 visa instead after we get married?
