What happens if I have 2 or more H1-B approved visa petitions?

Hi,
Please enlighten me what would happen if I am petitioned for H1-B visas by 2 or more legitimate companies and ALL are approved? Will there be violations or derregulations? Surely, I will need to settle with the companies but will I be aprehended by the immigration or by any laws?

it is not illegal to have multiple approvals. However, from employer perspective, they do not like to keep it if you do not work for them because they have obligation to pay you.
