What happens if 485 is approved while in abroad

I am planning to go abroad, my 140/485 are still in the process, what happens if they r approved while i am out of the country.
 
A related question: What happens if your I-485 is approved a couple of days before you leave the US, and you have not received the card or the PP stamping? Do you have to postpone the trip until you get the card or stamping? Assume I have valid AP.
