What happens during 90 days

So I will be applying for citizenship next month based on 4yrs 9 mo rule, and will have documented all my foreign travel etc. However,there is a good chance that after I submit my paperwork I may have to travel to Canada and South America for 4-5 days at a time each week. Obviously this will happen during the time my application is being processed. How do I handle this? Should i report this travel during the interviews?

Yes, you need report overseaas trip unless less than 24 hours. But as long as each one is short and they don't
accumulate to more than half / past 5 years, there should not be a problem
