I got an RFE back in March (on my February 20 initial submission) and on April 24 I supplied the information they had requested (Medical & Affivit of Support). I then submitted also on this date an EAD application.
I then got an email that case had resumed and they'd contact me within 60 days.
I am curious as to what to expect next, and where this whole process is going?
Question:
1) - Should I expect a letter about the EAD application i submitted? Like a Receipt notice? If so after how long? 3 weeks?
2) - I've done the biometrics, but not the interview, I wonder if that is next in line too.
3) How long in general do people wait after responding to an RFE before they hear from the the almighty CIS?
