What happened to Feb'02 approvals

Looks like VCS has jumped from Jan->March directly . There is no Feb Approval in Rupnet almost a week and I have been running script on EAC-02-135 and no approval for more than a month now

The latest processing time for VSC still shows Jan 15th. So technically speaking Feb. should not have even started.

Right! That's why I said technically.

If thats the case then why they have moved to March, April approvals. They shoudl clear the backlogs first.

Practically OCT,NOV,DEC,JAN,FEB,MAR are all backlogs

Currently processing APR-02. Pretty soon Apr-02 will join the backlog.

For now FEB-02 and Mar-02 Applicants -- Welcome to the backlog group.

Can't help but notice a twisted logic in CIS's actions.. At least, for Apr. '02 cases being processed, they appear to be able to keep the "360-540 days" promise stated on the receipts.. And for the rest of the pack it looks like Elvis has left the building.. Alas..

BTW, no movement on the 136 pile either..

It's just a curse that Jan02-Feb02-Mar02 got their FP1 in just a couple of months of applying I485 and with the delay, most of their FP1's would have expired, and hence BCIS is leaping to other months to get hold of those cases whose FP1's r abt to expire..!!

Let's not argue whose case should be "cleared" first.

It's not which month BCIS is processing that matters. It IS the bery bery bery slow speed they are process I-485s. Had BCIS processed 8000+ cases per months you'd see backlog stop growing and nobody here would have been whining.

FYI, the majority of Apr 02 NDs and some May 02 NDs have their 1st FP expired. I don't think BCIS will jump to June 02 RD/NDs.

Let's fight BCIS and make them move fast. Petition + class action.

Slowly other months will join
