What happened to AP at VSC???

Hi Everyone:

I applied for Advance Parole (ND 12/16/2003) and haven't received anything from them yet. Does anyone know what is going on with AP at Vermont? It's supposed to be ready in 30-60 days, the notice said! Now without that I can't even reserve my plane ticket.

Hi how long does it take to get it from local office? I filed I140/I485 at VSC, can I get AP from the local office?

I don't know. I applied for mine on January 20, and am still waiting.

If you look at the processing times, they are working on December 10, 2003
 
I don't know why they don't issue multiple year AP/EADs, I got mine approved last November and already have to think about filing for renewal and they are still processing December'03. What a bunch of idiots!!

This whole Green Card thing is a joke in the name of immigration and democracy!!

Not just them, the lawyers make money too for filing renewals, something in the range of $500 for FP/EAD each, sounds like a setup!

The whole establishment in US is a setup. What can one expect from a captialist oriented system. Everyone is out there to make money and we are the victims. When we ask for a reasonable raise from our respective head hunters, they think we are greedy. But the bottom line is that we are trying to just survive in the middle of numerous hawks.
 
3Weeks. I have received my AP

MY AP was approved on 04/12, but my lawyer still have not received it. Very frustrated!

Any silimar experience?

My AP is approved on Apr 30th..
I applied both EAD and AP at the same time..
EAD / AP : ND Dec 2nd, 2003
AP Approved : Apr 30th, 2003
EAD Approval : ??????
