What Happend To August Cases?????

WHY VSC STOPPED PROCESSING AUGUST CASES...I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY AUGUST APPROVAL SINCE FROM MAY 15th..........DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY IDEA?
 
VSC didnot stop processing. Infact they are rocking now.

I heard the story of TSC (texas center)that they stopping old cases and started approving new resumed cases. Who knows VSC may start approving new filers as they are in much better shape in relation to early Finger Print/ I-140 return of consular cases/ current employment (INS may get suspicious whether the old applicant really have any job offer due to economic downturn).

So VSC might think, current applicant atleast survived from the economic downturn and they are really tough cookie. If that happens, my dear new applicants, prepare for the good news.

Well some old timers will definitely get denial as they donot even have a job offer now. They lost their job during technology shake up. INS is getting smarter day by day. Thats why you guys are seeing lots of interview in local INS.

Answere me you a$$hole.. use your brain... if you dont have a job, or laid off.. if INS knows about that you dont get green card. thats a simple logic. And INS knows the only way to check is to transfer cases to local office or sending a RFE for current employment letter.
