I'm holding the L1B visa/status. "maybe" the company will sell the division where I'm belong to. I don't know what my situation will be if the whole division is sold to another company. Per my understanding, the L1 visa is link with the company. So what I'm going to face?
a. My current L1B is invalid and I have to return my home country?
b. My current L1B is invalid but the new company could help to apply a new L1 visa for me? Am I still qualified in this case?
c. my current L1B is still valid even the company I worked has changed?
