I live in CT and need to send N-400 to vermont

What happens after that step to the application and when does it come back to Hartford Service Center ?

How long does Vermont take to process before it comes to Hartford ? And how long does Hartford take to process ?

After you send it to Vermont, it gets sent to NBC (National Benefits Center). Your file is then sent to Hartford DO once an interview space is available. Processing currently takes anywhere from 5-8 months.

Is it a better option to move to NH. My company has offered me a position there

From current posted processing times, Manchester NH has faster processing than Hartford, CT.Just remember if you move to NH now, you will have to reside in district area 3 months before you can apply.
