Ok,
I'm a US Citizen now and I need to file for my stepmother. She married my biological dad when I was 10 years old, so I know I can file for her. She is currently living in the US for the past 5-6 years. She overstayed her VWP. You may ask why my dad is not filing for her, but he is still waiting for his oath ceremony for the past 4 months and doesn't want to take a chance to wait it out. So i'm going to file for her.
My question is what forms need to be filed with the USCIS in addition to the I-130. She needs to travel outside of the US at beginning of next year for my wedding. So i'm assuming we need to file for AP also, so she can return back to the US.
So, if someone could please guide me in the right direction that would be great.
Thanks.
