What form to be Filed for Sec 245 K

Hello,

one of my friend is out of status and is going to file 140 and 485 together under section 245k. What from he needs to use for 245 k. I485A is for section 245 i. Please let me know.

No form is required to claim relief under 245k when filing the I-485. USCIS should deal with this if they have status issues witout prompting from you. How long was he out of status?

Oh, you're fine. USCIS shouldn't raise an issue, but if they do then mention 245k.
