What form do i need to file

Hi,

I need to apply for Citizenship for my wife. she was here on IR1/CR1 based visa and also had her permanant GC.

What is the process to file for citizenship.. what form and requirement?

Please let me know.

Yes, it is N-400, but you have to read the guide carefully to see if your wife qualifies. If you don't understand, you can ask questions here in the forum.

You have to prove that marriage is valid (such as marriage certificate, joint taxes, etc).
 
She is been here since July 18th 2005 on IR1/CR1 had her permanant GC also, So i think she would be eligible for the citizenship.

Are you US Citizen?for at least 3 years?
Is your wife lived with you for at least 3 years? Married for 3 years?

If you answering yes for all questions and your wife spent more than 18 months in US in last 3 years period and didn't make any trips longer than 6 months.
filed out N-400 and you good to go Brother!
