What!!! EXPLANATION NEEDED PLZ

I was running the scanner on I-765's for the recent dates, and the results are very strange.

I took random 44 Ead petitions each from wac-02-266 and wac-02-280.

WAC-02-266
3 approvals
3 Misc (2 denied)
37 received
1 rfe


Wac-02-280
6 approvals
2 denied
1 Misc
35 received


It seems that way more approvals have been given on EAD's to people who have applied 15 DAYS later compared to the others..

Can somebody humor me to INS's policy (for example do they favor receipt numbers which are divisble by 20.3?)

I-485 ND: 9/17/02 (lost cause.. actually don't even care about it anymore)

I-765 ND: 9/17/02 WAC-02-280-519**: REALLY NEED IT APPROVED (SO I could get a driver's license... )

I think this online case status shows results for all service centers.
thats why the discrepancy.

Yea I think, 765's (all of them) are in different categories, family based, emp. based, asylum based, tps based, and they are processed with different priorities. Which is why the discrepancy.

I think all WAC's should be CSC.
