What Exactly Do They Want In The AP Letter???

I am now applying for my 3rd AP. My lawyer has always done it but I want to save some money this time. Please advise what exactly they want in the "reason for AP request". My best guess thus far is to say "travel for bona fide business and personal reasons". Many Thanks!!

usually they want to hear a good reason for them to consider giving you an AP.
In other words, you should not ask for AP to go on vacations or something like that.
If you have to travel because it's required by the company you work for, that's a good reason.
Health reasons ara good as well
