Hi there:
Just wondering. If I recall correctly there was a message on this board saying something to the fact that PBEC would be online to check your case status by the end of July. Did I read it correctly or was I just DREAMING??????
Someone please respond!!!!!!!!!!!
Have sent them an email as they suggest after my first call but no response and I won't even consider calling again because that is the biggest joke. Everybody that called lately seems to be in the Que.....
Please help me wake up!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Yes they are going to have online status check site. They are sending another 45-day letter to all 350K applicants to decide if they want the status check site or not and once we give them positive reply they are going to do another data entry so they can pull data for status check for that site from another database. Then they are going to match the 2 databases and if they don't match they are going to send you case closure notice and then they would let them call you for re-opening of the case.
Estimated time for this is somewhere around 2016, it's not too far, as per PBEC standards it's "only" 10 years.
In the meantime they would be wondering why do we need H1Bs when we have so many americans to do job, PBEC is perfect example of why we need H1Bs.

Hope this helps.

PBEC/DOL is a big liar!

That is no question about it! Never FIFO! Never did what they promised on time. More......

They ran out of H1-B visa, so BECs can't hire anyone to fix the website.
We have to wait till Oct 2007 when new quota comes, then they can hire someone on H1 to build the website.

Oh Yeah...... Did you believe in all that crap ? They are the biggest f*%&*ing
liars on this planet. Even if they do make it available it is only going to be some non-decipherable crap.
